You have seven days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Your order must be shipped back within 14 days of your order's delivery.
Items that have been customized are not eligible for return. All non-custom items that can be returned must be in original and unused condition. Any loss of value will be deducted from the refund amount at the sole discretion of Beyond Urns.
If your order or the customization is incorrect, we will make things right. Please note that certain custom items may vary slightly from the original mockup or product description. Beyond Urns will issue refunds or remedies at its sole discretion.
We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. Please hold on to all shipping materials. Our shipping team will handle the entire claims process and make sure you get a new memorial. We will reach out to you with the next steps.

When a customer chooses to return an order, the customer pays for shipping. Orders over $200 (USD) have a 15% restocking charge. If the product is damaged upon arrival, Beyond Urns may deduct from the refund amount.
