What should I do before I place my order? We will engrave your urn exactly as you enter it. This includes punctuation, grammar, and spelling. Please note that we can't offer exchanges once your memorial has been engraved. That is why it is important to check over your requests prior to submitting it.
Can I make a special request? If you have a special request, we can do our best to accommodate it. However, we can't guarantee it. Please contact us here to make a special request.
Can you engrave special characters? While we can engrave most special characters, we can't engrave things such as hearts, emojis, etc...

When in doubt, always go with the next size urn. This is especially true if your pet comes within 5 pounds of the next urn size.
How do I find the right size? The industry standard is one cubic inch per pound. This means that if your pet weighed 120 pounds at its healthiest weight, they would need a 120 cubic inch urn. Please use the size chart above to find the correct size.
What does 'healthiest weight' mean? The healthiest weight refers to when your pet was at optimal health in terms of weight.
Do you guarantee that a size will fit? We can't guarantee that a size will fit. While there is an industry-standard, it can vary slightly by crematory. We can say that over 99% of our customers have no problem selecting the correct size.
Can I put keepsakes in this urn? These urns are not made to store keepsakes such as toys, memorials, or other items. They are only made to store cremation ashes.
